Hi, great article you wrote. There is a formula to writing war stories and a formula to writing character pieces – you followed the formulas but transcended them and conveyed a larger message about the war, and about our changing society. Most of all, I appreciated the fact that you avoided the temptation to let the reader know the right lessons to take away about this case.
